1. The SCS system and related control equipment, measuring instrument and cable wiring all have been correctly installed, and conform to the requirements of the technical specification.

2. The cable connection of control circuit has been examined and has been confirmed to be correct and to meet the requirements of technical specification. 3. The DCS system has been able to work normally, the card functions are correct and the communication has been established and the pictures can be operated.

4. The set point of meter and transmitter have been adjusted and calibrated. 

5. The motor control circuit has been energized and the control switch is in the TEST position. If there is no TEST position, the power circuit shall be removed.
