1. The main steam pressure reaches the rated value.
2. The main steam temperature is above 380 ℃.
3. The condenser vacuum shall be above -0.061MPa more.
4. The oil cooler outlet oil temperature is not lower than 25℃, the lubrication oil pressure and scavenge oil of each bearing shall be normal.
5. All the auxiliary equipment and thermo technical instrument are in normal.
6. Each protection power switch is in “ON” position, the high-voltage electric oil pump and electric turning(barring) gear have been put into operation.
