1. The chemical water treatment personsdo not supervise strictly, the steam-water separator structure is not reasonable or flaws, so that the steam quality is unqualified, the superheater scales internally, and thus causing the pipe wall overheat and explodes. 

2. The combustion is not properly adjusted, resulting in long term overheating of the superheater. 

3. The installation quality is bad, the pipe arrangement is not even, thus the flow rate of flue gas is uneven and the flue gas forms vortex, and the shield is worn and has not been repaired in time. 

4. The efficiency of cyclone separator reduces or has been operated under overload condition for a long time, the flow rate of the flue gas is too fast, and so the wear is serious. 

5. The superheating pipe has been operated for long time, its internal scale is serious, but cleaning or repairing has not been done, so the heat transfer is weakened or the pipe wall is overheated.

6. The superheater manufacturing has defects, the materials are not qualified and the welding quality is bad. 

7. The superheater structure is not reasonable or the heating surface is too large.
