1. Start the air compressor and air dryer to make sure that the device is working properly and the parameters reach the design values. 

2. After the bin pump has been repaired, the site shall be cleaned, the inlet gate valve shall be opened, the feed valve, discharge valve, air bleeding valve, pressurizing valve, blowing and blocking valve and ash-dumping valve shall be tested for normal opening/closing. 

3. The pump pressure, ash pipe pressure display is normal.

4.The pneumatic triple –parts shall be normally operated, they do not leak oil, release gas and the oil cup and oil level shall be normal.
