1. The pipe connection is good, and the flange screw is firm.
2. The handwheel is complete and is fixed firmly, the valve stem is clean and has  no bending and corrosion phenomenon  and can be opened/closed flexibly.
3. The packing of the valve shall have appropriate compaction clearance, the thread  plug has been  tightened, and the main valve heat preservation is good.
4. The connecting rod and the joint of the  transmission device of are complete, each pin shall be fixed firmly, and the electric control device is in good condition.
 5. The complete sign shall be available with clear and correct name number and opening/closing direction.
6. The instructions of the position indicator is in coincidence with the actual position.(hxl)
