1. The dashboard is solidly welded on the boiler steel frame or the main beam, the pointer      is vertically welded on the expansion element.
2.The scale of the dashboard is correct and clear, and red mark is painted on the datum of the plate.
3.The pointer cannot be stuck by foreign object ,it shall be perpendicular to the surface of the board and the distance from the pointer point with the board shall be 3 to 5 mm.
4. Under cold state of the boiler, ,the pointer shall point on the dashboard benchmark.
5. All the expansion joint and supports shall be in integrity and the slider is in free state, the heat preservation material shall be complete without defect phenomenon.(hxl)
