1.During operation of boiler, the equipment shall be carefully checked in terms of route, time and items.

2.Check whether the combustion conditions are stable, the fluidizing is normal and there is coking or not;

3.Carefully listen whether there are abnormal noise in the super heater, coal economizer and the combustion chamber.

4.Check whether the boiler drum water level indicator is clear or has leakage, the water level has slightly fluctuation and each gauge indication is normal or not.

5.Check whether each manhole door, observation door, explosion door and inspection door are in good order and tightly closed or not.

6.Check whether each steam-water pipe and header have leakage, vibration or not, and whether the support or hanger is firm or not and whether the insulation is in good status or not.

7.Check whether each steam-water valve, each air and gas baffle plate and damper can be opened/closed flexibly or not, and whether its indication is normal or insulation leaks or not.

8.Check whether the boiler wall, steel frame and external guard board are complete or not, and whether there are deformation, breakage and ash-leakage phenomenon or not, and whether the surface temperature is normal or not. 

9.Check whether the returns feeder is normal, has no blockage and air leakage phenomenon or not.
