1.Start up the electric low-pressure oil pump, and do the inspections as following:
(1) Lubricating oil pressure and oil flow in bearing.
(2) The tightness of oil circuit.
(3) Oil level of oil tank. Before the first start-up after initial installation and over haul, enough oil volume should be prepared, so to supplement oil to the oil tank in time after oil fills into the tubing.
2.Start up the electric high-pressure oil pump(as the oil system has the electric high-pressure oil pump), inspect the oil system.
3.Start up the turning gear.
(1)Inspect the rotation direction of electric motor, then turn off the electric motor.
(2)Rotate hand wheel on the turning gear motor, meanwhile rotate handle on the turning gear in counterclockwise direction to the meshing position, and start up the turning gear.
(3)When the turning gear starts up, lubricating inlet cock should turn on if there is one.
(4) Safety protection devices should be latched.
(5)Rotate the hand-wheel on the starting valve, start up the regulating valve.
(6) Rotate hand wheel on the main stop valve manipulating pedestal, start up the main stop valve to 1/3 of the stroke, respectively turn on the security devices, inspect whether the main stop valve, regulating valve and bleeding check valve can quickly close.
(7)Pass the inspection, latch safety protection devices again, and connect the high-pressure oil circuit.
(8) Turn the synchronizer to the lower limit position.
(9)Inspect the tightness of the main stop valve.
4.Start up the steam turbine pump(as there is a steam turbine pump).The steam turbine pump should be warmed up for 10 minutes in low speed. After everything works, all steps above could be performed. Throttle orifice on the steam line of the steam turbine pump should be firstly modulated, under nominal steam parameter, the oil pressure near the pump outlet should meet the requirements.
