1.the vacuum of steam condenser gradually increases, and it needs to prevent the speed to promote too fast. regulate the main steam pipeline, steam extraction pipe and steam trap on the body of cylinder, and turn off the steam trap when there is no water drained out. Keep the steam trap on the steam extraction pipe(before and behind the bleeding check valve) open.           
2.when abnormal noise or vibration shows in the motor set, it needs to slow down the speed and make inspections.  
3.when the oil system shows abnormal conditions (such as over-high oil temperature or insufficient oil pressure) , it needs to stop the processing of speed-up and find out the reason.
4.when the steam turbine shows remarkable change ,it needs to stop the processing of speed-up and make inspection.
5.when oil pressure of the main oil pump outlet promotes to the specified value, it needs to verify whether the electric oil pump of steam oil pump could turn off automatically.
6. after no-load runs normally, inspect and regulate:
(1)the oil pressure of main oil pump inlet.
(2) Pulse oil pressure.
(3)the bearing’ oil temperature and lubrication pressure.
(4)make the protection device move separately and whether the main steam valve, regulating steam valve and the bleeding check valve stops quickly.
(5) synchronizer controls the processing of speed-up. Inspect whether the rotating speed is steady.
(6) verify whether the synchronizer’ upper-limit rotating speed meets the specified value(electric operating condition).
7. apply emergency governor test after initial start of steam turbine ,over haul inspection , stopped state for one-month or 2000 hours’ operation.
