1.start up circulating water pump
(1)completely start up the circulating water outlet valve on steam condenser, open the inlet valve a bit.
(2)start up the circulating water pump, completely open the outlet valve.
2.start up the valve on condensate recirculation pipeline, turn off the condensation water door connecting to the low pressure heater.
3.try to start up the two condensation pumps by turns, and test the linkage system, then put one into operation.
(1) fill water(condensation water or water treated in chemical way) into the steam side of steam condenser until water level reaches the 3/4 scale position of the hot well water level gauge.
(2)start up inlet valve on the condensation pump.
(3)start up the valve on the air pipe connecting water pump shell and the steam side of steam condenser.
(4)inspect whether the water pump is filled fully. start the inlet cock of water pump packing, start up condensation pumps , and start up outlet valve on the water pump.
4.turns on gland heater(as there is gland heater on the system ).send team to the steam turbine under the condition of continuously turning. When the surge tank (as there is surge tank on the system ) uses new team as steam source, it needs de-superheating water to keep the temperature at most 220℃.
5.start up the starting air ejector(firstly open the team valve, then open the air valve ) to make the steam condenser be vacuum.
6.when the vacuum reaches 0.06MPa(450Hg),start up two-stage steam jet ejector(firstly open the steam valve, then the air valve ),then turn off the starting air ejector(firstly turn off the air valve, then turn off the steam valve).
