1.  During processing, if the pressure of primary air mother tube is hard to maintain, the combustion is deteriorating, the flame can not be seen in the flame television, the flame detection is too less, the negative pressure of combustion chamber hearth reaches to the protective value, the pressure of the primary air is less than the value 2, namely 4Kpa, in these cases, it is forbidden to use oil guns. If the protective device is not acting, MFT shall be manually operated.
2. During the whole process, the load of steam turbine shall be reduced quickly in order to adapt the capacity of the boiler; As for the electricity, if the load is less than 150MW, the auxiliary power shall be switched, and the boiler water drum shall be monitored by people, the main steam and reheating steam temperature shall be avoided to reduce greatly. Other important parameters shall be monitored too. If there are more than 3 oil guns in operation, it is required to contact with the auxiliary engine to disconnect the ESP and desulfurization system.
3. Under coordinating control mode, after the primary fan trips, RB will act at 200MW/min to 180MW/min, the operator shall relieve the coordinating control system rapidly, and reset the operating module of “RB RESET” after the stabilization.
