1. In case PCV valve and other safety valve are in maloperation, it is required to manually disconnect, and to inform the maintenance people to check and solve the problem.
2 When the safety valve correctly acts and the bypass is opened, the bypass shall be turned down immediately to regulate the combustion and reduce the boiler capacity, in the mean time the steam admission valve to the steam turbine shall be opened wider to reduce the main steam pressure, in the mean time the parameters shall be regulated to be normal, and the overpressured boiler is forbidden.
3. When the coordinating control system fails and causes overpressure, it shall be relieved immediately.
4. During regulating, it is required to carefully monitor the steam temperature, pressure, boiler drum water level, when the automatically control system is not reliable, it shall be disconnected immediately, and manual control system shall be interposed.
5. The water supply volume shall be increased to maintain the stability of the boiler drum water level.
6. During the temperature regulating, it is required to prevent great fluctuation and it is forbidden to improperly regulate the temperature and to cause plummeting of temperature.
7. The degree of superheat shall be 11℃ above after the temperature is controlled by the attemperator, it shall be avoided that the superheater carries water and water enters to the steam turbine.
8. The reseating pressure of the safety valve shall be monitored to be normal, if the safety valve does not reseat, it is required to immediately inform the maintenance people to solve the problem and the reduce the load correspondingly.
9. When the fire for the boiler is out, the relative regulations shall be implemented.
10. If the safety valve acts because the high-pressure bypass suddenly opens, the high-pressure heater is disconnected and turbine steam generator, in addition to that the above mentioned regulations shall be implemented, the relative operation shall be done.
