If the following conditions are met, the boiler hot starting conditions is available.
1. MFT trip conditions are not available.
2. MFT did not return.
3. All the oil burner valves is closed.
4. All of the coal feeder is fully stopped.
5. The average bed temperature is higher than 650 ℃.
6. The total air volume is greater than 25% B - MCR.
7. The chamber was not purged.  （lsh）
