Conditions for Putting-into Use:

1. The system is operating smoothly. 

2. By adjusting the attemperation water valve and the intermediate water supply valve, the main steam temperature is under normal condition( about 535 ℃, DCS instructions shall prevail), and the control valve of the attemperation water can be at 50% of the opening. 

Methods for Putting-into Use:

On the desktop of "boiler system " in the operation station, switch the inner ring control controlled by main steam temperature to "automatically operated", then switch the outer ring control to "automatic". Set the steam temperature in the setting box of main steam temperature. At this moment, the main steam temperature control is in "automatically operated". 

From automatic operation to manual operation: 

Directly switch the inner ring controlled by the main steam temperature to manual operation. 

Handling of abnormal situation: 

1. During automatic operation process, if the transmitter (the measurement of main steam temperature seriously deviates), it shall be immediately switched back to "manual operated".  

2. If the boiler load change is too big, the change of main steam temperature automatically controlled will vibrate, at this moment, it shall be immediately switched back to "manual operated" . 

3. If the adjusting valve is jammed, at this moment, the system shall be switched to "manually-operated". 

4. If the phenomenon of the failure of electric actuator occurs, at this moment, the system shall be switched to "manually-operated". 

5. If the main steam temperature is too high or too low, at this moment, it shall be switched to "manually operate”. 

6. If the system is de-energized, at this moment, the system shall be switched to "manually-operated".
