1. Automatically Running is Turned after Manual Starting is Stopped:
PLC cabinet is powered on and SCADA system is turned on.
Switch the "manual/automatic" knob to "automatic". Click the parameters Settings, after unlocking, set the time parameters and select the related equipment to be operated according to process requirement, and lock the parameters after selecting.
Click the "Start " buttons in turns in the pictures of reverse osmosis of SCADA System.
2.Automatically running is started again is after automatically stopping: PLC cabinet is powered on and SCADA system is turned on. Confirm all the "manual/automatic" knobs are in "Automatic".
Click the "Start " buttons in turns in the pictures of reverse osmosis of SCADA Systems.
3. Automatic stopping: Check all the "manual/automatic" knobs are in "Automatic". Confirm the system is in normal automatically operating.
Click the "Stop " buttons in turns in the picture of reverse osmosis of SCADA System according to the sequences of " Stop".
4. Note: Only after the automatically running of single set of system is normal, then can the other set of the system be started; When the two systems are both going to be stopped, the automatically running of one of the systems must be normal, then the other set of system can be stopped.
If one of two sets of one-pass RO running at the same time is going to be shut down, the exhaust valve of multi-medium filter must be opened firstly. When the other set is stopped after one set of them has been stopped, one raw material pump shall be firstly closed, then the second set can be stopped, until the second raw water pump is closed. "Alarm interlocking" :
(1) If the scale inhibitor dosing tank level is low, the alarm is firstly displayed on the "Alarm Screen" on the screen, at this moment, the scale inhibitors must be filled, otherwise the system will automatically shut down soon, this value shall not be less than 200 mm, if it is less than 200mm, the operation of the system and high pressure pump shall be stopped.
(2)If ORP exceeds + 300 MV, the system will be stopped. Before the ORP exceeds 250, select the metering pump of reducing agent to "Running" on the picture of "Parameters setting", if ORP is less, the reductant may not be selected.
(3)If the reducing agent level is low, the alarm will be firstly shown on the "Alarm screen" on the screen, then the system and high pressure pump shall be stopped.
(4) When the inlet water of reverse osmosis water PH greater than 8.5 and less than 5.5 is output from when the "Alarm" screen, at this moment, the corresponding reagents and hydrochloric acid etc. shall be filled.
(5) When the inlet/outlet pressure of reverse osmosis high-pressure pump is low/high, alarm will be given to stop the system will be stopped. When the inlet pressure is less than 0.5 BAR and the outlet pressure is higher than 20 BAR, alarm is given to stop the system.
(6) When the primary stage inlet pressure of reverse osmosis exceeds 15 BAR, the system is stopped, when the pressure difference between the primary stage and the secondary stage, the secondary and the concentrated water exceed 2.5BAR, the system shall be stopped.
