Check if the inner cylinder parts is assembled correctly, shaft sleeve, separator sleeve and flange bolt are completion of fastening, then move the rotor with crane, use a listening stick carefully monitor each separator sleeve, any friction sound inside the shaft sleeve, formally buckle the large cap if you sure there a no friction sounds.
