Maintaining a certain differential pressure, through the bottom of the furnace slag discharge, material layer differential pressure than specified value, should increase the discharge capacity, should be even a small amount of sludge discharge, every time slag discharge, reduced wind chamber pressure shall not exceed 300-500 pa.
3. The circulating fluidized bed boiler bed pressure adjustment is the thickness of the material layer, which is the material layer differential pressure adjustment.
4. In the operation of the monitoring material layer differential pressure, can be put through the bottom of the furnace slag control in the normal operation of the material layer differential pressure control between 8000-9000 Pa.
5. When the differential pressure of material layer increases, the resistance of primary air increases, the materials rising and carrying decreases, the bed temperature rises and the load decreases. Part of boiler slag shall be discharged timely in order to maintain the appropriate differential pressure of material layer and to reduce the bed temperature; Conversely, when the differential pressure of material layer decreases, the combustion share of dense phase zone decreases, and the heat storage decreases, the bed temperature fluctuation is bigger, so it is more difficult to control the temperature. At this time, immediately stop slag discharging and reduce the volume of primary air, maintain the appropriate differential pressure of material layer in order to stabilize combustion.
6. The slag shall be discharged evenly from the boiler. The quantity of slag discharged is determined by the differential pressure of material layer. Generally the differential pressure of material layer shall be controlled around 8500 pa.
